Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

3 Tbs yeast

1 cup warm water

1 Tbs sugar

5 cups hot water

7 cups whole wheat flour

2/3 cup oil

2/3 cup honey

3 eggs

2 Tbs salt

7 to 11 cups white flour
Directions:

Disolve yeast and sugar in water. Separately, combine wheat flour and 5 cups hot water. Let set 20 min. Add oil, honey, eggs and salt. Mix. Add yeast mixture with 5 cups white flour. Knead while adding 2 to 4 additional cups of white flour. Turn into slightly greased bowl, let rise until doubled. Punch, nead, roll into loaves, place in bread pans and let rise until doubled. Cook 350 degrees until golden brown and done through.
